s	s s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚好きにはもってこいのお店です。ここの魚を食べると二度とスーパーの刺身を食べれなくなる程美味しいです。刺身以外にも一品一品にこだわりがあり言うことなし。こだわりエピソードが２つあります。いきなり行って刺身の盛り合わせが欲しいと言った際に店主さんに言われた言葉。事前に注文してもらったら〇〇さんの顔を思い浮かべながら盛り合わせ作るから事前に注文してくれたらもっと最高の盛り合わせになるから事前に注文して欲しい。こんなこと言われて感動。２つ目は、オードブルを注文した際台風接近やお盆前でなかなかいい魚が入らないからと出来れば受けたくないと言われたことです。商売である訳で注文を受ければ利益になるはずなのにこんなことを言ってもらって更に感動です。本当に美味しい魚をお客さんに食べて欲しいという想いが詰まったエピソード２つです。是非1度食べてみてください。 It is a perfect shop for fish lovers. k	kousen kouei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きな鮮魚店の一つ。星五つとしたいところ、やや値段が高く感じるものもあることと、更に伸び代を感じることと合わせて星三つとしました。個人的には、刺身よりも焼き物や煮付け等の味付けが好み、特に煮付けの汁が旨い、温めても良いし冷めたままの煮こごりをツマミにしても抜群に旨い。刺身はボリューム感がもう少し…。でも個人店としては相当な努力があるだろう、それに大手スーパーでは取り扱わないような魚介類も取り入れてて面白い。更には、腹の骨の多い部分やアラもまるっきり棄てることをせず火を通して格安で提供してくれている。魚は捨てるとこが無いと言わんばかりの魚愛を感じてやまない。海で育ち、水産関係の者にも囲まれて育った私には、こういった地味なこだわりを随所から感じられる事が嬉しくてたまらない。 One of my favorite fish stores.
