一般に開放され自由に通行または利用できる区域として整備され現在ではKSP自由広場になっておりラバー敷きの広場となっています。
遊具はありませんが子供の自転車の練習や、シャボン玉や紙ヒコーキ、なわとびなど子供が安心して遊べる広場です。
