固めん派なので麺も良かった。
ただ、お子さまラーメンまで固めんなので小さい子ども向けではないお子さまラーメンなんだなと思って星一つ減らしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショッピングセンターのフードコートのラーメン屋として考えました。
味は、店の看板から想像できるとおりの期待通りの、それ以上でもない味。
店員は新人さんっぽいかんじだったが、一生懸命な接客態度を示してくれました。がんばってるんだろうねぇ。
嫌な感じは全くせず、無料トッピングも笑顔でだしてくれて、食べやすいきもちがしました。
サービスエリアとかフードコートとか、めちゃくちゃ美味しいわけではない食べ物を、どんだけ気持ちよく食せるか、だと強く思った食事でした。
また、ここだったら食べても良いなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジスタッフさんは新人さんっぽく一生懸命な感じで好感がもてましたが、注文したラーメン・焼飯ともに塩っぱ辛く油っこすぎて食べるのがつらかったです。

ちょっと塩分が多いかなと
思います。
最初はおいしいのですが
だんだん塩分がきつくなります。
汁は飲まない方がいいです。
赤穂の塩が濃いめなのか？
みそもあっさりにした方が
いいです。
充分に濃い味です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくあるフードコートにあるラーメン屋の類かなと思ってメニューを見たら、赤穂に本店を構えるラーメン屋だそうで、豚骨と迷ったのですが折角なので濃厚味卵塩ラーメン(鶏ガラ)を注文。
塩が効きすぎていてスープは飲めたものではありませんでした。麺もよくあるフードコートのラーメン屋と同じぐらいのレベル。ただ、チャーハンは中々美味しかったです。
