★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time at Kozue. What a pleasure. One of the sexiest restaurants in the world. The view is breathtaking, the sake list extensive, the staff attentive and almost invisible. This is a benchmark for dining experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, delightful service, and beautiful restaurant. We had the Shabu Shabu which was amazing. Try the plum wine made locally there. It's amazing. Definitely worth visiting for a nice meal overlooking the city!

I looked over and over at this place as a 1 year aniversary dinner, I was prepared to pay the pricey dollars and went for it but the result was dissappointing. The sashimi is top quality but the serve is minimal. Fugu serve is good. Grilled mains small and average. End call. Save your money !!! Go eat a curry or fried chicken in a smokey Izakaya and leave satisfied..... wash it down with biru !! Iine

Had Raku set, ¥13,000.
The only good thing is that waiters/ waitresses are well versed in explaining the dishes in English for foreign guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the best food and service I have ever experienced! Absolutely breathtaking view and romantic ambiance. The waiters and manager went above and beyond to cater for my allergies. We ordered the Wagu tenderloin and my partner agreed it was the best beef we’ve ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful restaurant. Beautifully presented food. We loved the rice with scallop tempura pieces, miso soup, eggplant with uni. But the rest of the food felt a bit average and was far too expensive for the taste and quantity.
