★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約していないと、待たされる。特に春先は、スギとヒノキの花粉症の人が多く、混んでいる。診察は丁寧だが、忙しそう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回目からはHPから予約ができるのがいいですね。診察での説明もわかりやすいと思います。混んでる時もありますが、二人体制で進むので先生を選ばなければ、思ったより早い気がします。
It is good that you can make a reservation from the HP from the second time. I think the explanation at the medical examination is easy to understand. There are times when it is crowded, but since it is a two-person system, I feel that it is faster than I thought if I did not choose a teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の新患で朝イチに行き、会計を済ませたのは11時過ぎでした。診察は丁寧で安心できました。スタッフさんは多いのにシステムの問題なのかな、待ち時間が長いです。
お年寄りが受付で「電話予約しても診察の進行状況が分からないので結局待つしかない」と訴えておられました。小さいお子さんやお年寄りには待ち時間も苦痛なので解消されると良いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こども(乳児)が耳を触るので診てもらいに行ったところ、耳掃除と鼻掃除はしてもらえましたが、診察後、乳幼児と小児に対しては希望禁止という種類の薬の吸入を何の説明もなくされ、不安が残りました。診察後は必ずやると言われ、何か理由があるのかもしれませんが、こちらとしては腑に落ちません。
