★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋風？どら焼きのとらちゃんが美味しいです。皮が薄焼きホットケーキみたいなトラ柄で味がしっかり付いていて、中の小豆クリームは甘過ぎずにさっぱり系で、バランスがいいです。
 Western style? Dorayaki Tora-chan is delicious. The skin has a tiger pattern like a thin pancake and the taste is firmly attached, and the azuki bean cream inside is not too sweet and is refreshing and well-balanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方出張でお土産を買うときのマイ掟「できるだけ生産者さんや作り手さんの顔が見えるもので、お店の人が素敵な人」ってのがあります。で、芝山さん、サイコーです♪純粋な地元の和菓子屋さんで、丁寧に丁寧に作られた品物が並んでてて、お店入って最初の10分はどんなのがあるのかワクワクしながら目移りしまくりです。自制心をしっかり持ってないと絶対食べきれない量を買ってしまうこと必至、ご注意あれ〜ということで、お店のお母さんに、いつどんな風に食べたいかを相談して、ブレーキをかけてもらって買ったのが、さくら餅、うぐいす餅、スイートポテトで千円ちょい。安っ！そして、うんそう、あなたが思ったとおり絶品なのよ☆まだ北風厳しいけど、口の中と心いっぱいに春がきた！芝山さんに行くためだけに高松を旅してもいい、そう思いました。

It is inevitable that you will buy an amount that you can never eat unless you have a strong sense of self-control, so be careful, so ask the mother of the shop when and how you want to eat and brake it. I bought Sakura Mochi, Uguisu Mochi, and Sweet Potato for a little over 1,000 yen. It's cheap! And yeah, it's exquisite as you thought ☆ The north wind is still harsh, but spring has come to my mouth and heart! I thought that I could travel to Takamatsu just to go to Mr. Shibayama.
