ご夫婦でやられていることを考慮しても遅すぎますし、実際来られた時も謝罪もなく具体的な解決案もなく、真摯な対応ではありませんでした。こちらは引越ししたてで付き添いの人にも来てもらってたのにその人も待たせることになってしまって。
本当に酷くて☆1もつけたくありません。
同じ被害にあう方が増えませんように。長文失礼いたしました。
I was looking for a malfunction of the washing machine and made a reservation at 13:00, but I came around 18:00.
It was too late even considering the fact that the couple was doing it, and when I actually came, there was no apology and no concrete solution, so it was not a serious response. This time, I had just moved and had an attendant come, but I had to wait for that person as well.
