物件が汚すぎる。
入居の際の対応は調子がいいが、契約後は最悪。
管理会社も兼ねているはずなのに責任転嫁ばかりで何も対応してくれない。そもそも連絡しても不在ばかりで折り返しもない。
物件の清掃はこちらが連絡してやっと従業員？が指摘した部分のみ掃きにやってくる。
物件見ればわかりますが、あり得ないほど不衛生です。
比較的価格は安価だが、総合的に考えると別の不動産会社使った方がいいと思います。私も引越します。

新築で日当たりのいい角部屋を紹介されたが、「大家さんが住むと決まっていたみたいです」と謎の言い訳をされ渋々反対側の角部屋へ入居することに。。（この時点で既におかしい）更におかしいのは、その大家さんらしい家族が最近引っ越したこと爆
クレカの引き落としにしたのに手違いで家賃が引き落とされない、ポイントとつかない、水道代も引き落とされず
数ヶ月分一気に請求がくる。なんてこともありました。
手動なのかと勘違いするほど、毎日外灯が灯される時間がバラバラ（どうなってんの？）電話をすると「管理会社に確認中です〜」ってこれ何回目？爆
清掃も日々ずさんになり、夏場はチリやホコリ、虫の死骸でいっぱいのエントランスと廊下。我々の共益費はどこへ？
マンションの部屋自体はキレイで住みやすいがびっくりするくらい質の悪い業務と対応しかしないため引っ越したら二度と使いたくない会社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニング代と称して搾取しながら、入居した物件には蜘蛛の巣がはっている。床は中華屋かと思うほどベタベタ。洗濯機は洗浄剤を使ったらカビだらけ。仕事の都合で利用しているが、プライベートでは絶対に利用したくない。

Webで物件を見て敷礼なし"対象者"にキャッシュバックと書いてありここに決めようと早速電話し法人契約ですがと伝えると「では見積もりと契約に関するメールを送ります」とアドレスを聞かれて順調に進むかと思いましたが次の日になり法人は敷礼もありかなり高くなるしキャッシュバックもありませんと連絡がきて話が全く違う展開になりました、前日そんな事分かってるはずでしょ、それならWebに個人に限りと最初にそう書いとけば良くないか？
わざと書いてない様にしか思えない、多分これを書いても改善すらしないでしょうね、説明は違うし話は変わるし有り得ません。
現在事項を法務局に取りに行ったり時間とお金も無駄になり結果として最悪な不動産屋だと思いました、悪い評価が多いのも納得です。
