s	sakuya 1211 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味も従業員の接客もとても良いです。コストは以前より少し上がったかな？くらいです。しかし、かなり太っている態度の悪い従業員が一人いて、その人物のせいで店への印象が最悪です。私はその従業員に、いきなりテーブルに来て使っている皿やおぼんを取られました。『皿回収します』の一言だけでいきなり持っていかれたので最悪でした。あの従業員がいる間は二度と行かないと思います。 The taste and customer service of the employees are very good. The tip of the chopsticks is thick and it's a slippery plastic, so when I tried to scoop up the noodles, it bent and slipped, so it was a trick to carry it to the mouth. All stores Are these chopsticks? Please improve.

m	miku samiuddo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ラーメンの番組で、満腹・満足する高くてがっつりしたラーメンと、そこそこの値段であまり印象には残らないけどまたすぐ食べたくなるラーメンがあると言っていましたが、まさに幸楽苑は後者だなと思って観てました。中華そばや辛子ニンニクが消えてしまったのは残念でしたが、以前に比べるとほんとにおいしくなりました。値段もそれなりになりましたが、有名なラーメン屋さんのようです。炒め野菜にスープも麺も入れて作るのでしょうか、塩・味噌野菜たんめんなどはとてもお気に入りです。ただ、店舗によってスープの濃さが全然違うのがちょっと。作る人のさじ加減なのでしょうが、薄い時なんかは相当がっかりします。旨さも気分も半減してしまいます。 I used to say in a ramen program that there are high-priced and solid ramen that are full and satisfying, and ramen that doesn't leave much impression at a reasonable price but makes you want to eat again, but Kourakuen is exactly the latter. J	J. Yama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は他店同様で問題無いが、注文してから提供されるまでに30分くらい待たされてしまった。注文時・提供時いずれも遅れる事に関して何の説明も謝罪も無し。悪気は無いのだろうけど、忙しさのせいにして接客が疎かになっている。従業員個人の問題ではなく、店の人員体制が不十分なのが根本的な課題の様である。
鈴	鈴木利広 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三元豚のチャーシュー入り味噌ラーメンと三元豚の餃子のセットが一押しのようだったので、大盛りで注文　テーブルのモバイルで注文　なかなか面倒くさいのですがこの時節仕方がないのかもしれません。普通に店員さんも呼べるようですが、ホールスタッフさんが調理場よりも多く何の仕事為か不明でした。10分ほどで着丼　三元豚の特別感無く麺湯でが下手くそで塩味ぬる毛がまだ残っていまして残念です。チェーンなので安心安定かと思いきや店によっては違うのかと、、お昼時は混雑します。もう少し丁寧に麺をあげてもられば高評価なのでした。 The set of miso ramen with char siu of Sangen pork and dumplings of Sangen pork seemed to be a push, so I ordered a large serving.
