麺は自家製。よく言えば歯応えある細いうどんかパスタ。悪く言えば麺の味は感じない。スープ次第。
醤油は濃いし少し甘くてこの麺と合わない。
塩だと塩が強すぎて食べててあきる
味噌タンメンが一番
ただ美味しいとは言えない。
また出てくるまで時間がかかる
いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたもない。
それでいいなら行けばよい

外観といい、ホールのお母さん達といい雰囲気は地元に愛される食堂(ラーメン店)。
お昼時に入りましたがほぼ満席状態で、冬休みということもあり学生さんの姿も見られました。
メニューをみると1番にタンメン、続いて味噌タンメンの文字があり、タンメン系がオススメなのかな？
注文されている方も多々いました。
私は隣に座っていた常連客風の方がチャーシュー麺を頼んでいたので、便乗してあえてこちらをチョイス！
注文してから10分ほどで着丼。。
想像していたチャーシュー麺とは違い、豚バラ肉のスライスがチャーシューとして乗っていました。
スープは甘めの濃い口。
チャーシューにも同じタレで漬けてあるのかな？
ちょっと甘さを感じました。
麺は黄色のストレート麺で歯切れがよく、ツルツルとした食感が特徴。
決して絶品だ！とは言いませんが、たまにホッとする味を食べたいことはありませんか？
一丸食堂さんのラーメンは素朴な味ですが、どこかホッとする、心が落ち着く甘口の醤油ラーメンでした。
お昼時に人気の地元で愛される理由が分かります。

Looking at the menu, there are tanmen in the first place, followed by miso tanmen, so I wonder if tanmen is recommended?

The regular customer who was sitting next to me was asking for char siu noodles, so I dared to take a piggyback ride and choose this one!
Donburi is about 10 minutes after ordering. ..
Unlike the char siu noodles I had imagined, a slice of pork belly was on board as char siu.
The soup has a sweet and strong mouth.
Is it soaked in the same sauce for the char siu?
I felt a little sweet.
The noodles are straight yellow noodles that are crisp and have a smooth texture.
It's absolutely exquisite! Not to say, but do you sometimes want to have a relaxing taste?
Ichimaru Shokudo's ramen has a simple taste, but it was a sweet soy sauce ramen that made me feel relieved.
You can see why it is loved by the popular locals at noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人々から愛されてるお店って感じです！店主とフレンドリーにお話ししている多くのお客さん達がいました！ネギミソラーメン、ミソタンメン共に昔風の味わい。麺もスープに合った優しい感じ。
I feel like a shop loved by locals! There were a lot of customers talking with shopkeepers friendly! Both Negimizo Ramen and Misotanmen taste old-fashioned. Noodles also suited soup feeling gentle.
