。	。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミにも多々あるように接客が最悪。女の定員。入店してもいらっしゃいませもない。無言食券を受け取る事もしない。机はラーメンの汁で汚れていて前の客が食べ終わった器もそのまま。客1人もいなく暇そうなのに片付けようともしない。水も空に近い状態。セルフのご飯の器もない。挙句の果てには人が食べてる目の前で音ありで何度もLINEをしたりずっと携帯をいじっている。不愉快極まりない。クチコミには改善しますやら書いてあるけど全く改善されてないしこの店接客業として終わってますね。ここまでひどい店初めて。おまけにマスクもしてないし最悪でした。経営者としてあんな従業員雇う神経がわかりません。ラーメンの追求よりまず先にすぐスタッフの教育をした方がいいですよ。たかが客1人など思わない方がいいです。二度と行きませんし周りにも口コミします。 As there are many word-of-mouth communication, customer service is the worst. た	たぴおか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほどランチでも晩御飯でもよく利用しています。味は商店系をイメージしていただいて、それをあっさりした感じです。家系にも強い拘りがある商店系嫌いの方以外は美味しく食べれると思います。暖簾分けの店にもよく行きますが、私はガチ家の味は好きです。ただ…ここ最近接客のレベルが低いです。店員さんが変わってから本当に酷くて・友達を店に呼んで大声ではしゃぐ。客席側にきて暴れている時も。食ってる後ろでドタドタ走ってました・携帯を触っている・机の清掃が全くできてない・お客1人の状態でオーダーを間違える・夜早い時間に店を閉める等々やりたい放題のように見えます。以前いらした店長風の方がいなくなってからです。客が私1人なら分かるんですが、何名かいらっしゃる時もこんな感じでした。オーナーさんが見ているようなので書かせていただきました。社員なのかバイトなのかは分かりませんが、一度クビにして入れ替えた方がいいですよ。騒ぐのはもってのほかですが、トッピングやらなんやら間違えるようでは、そこら辺のバイト以下です。全く仕事ができとらんです。基本的に店員の態度やらはどうでもよくて、ラーメンさえ食べれればいいんですが。このままだと店が潰れていけなくなるんじゃないかと不安です。 I often use it for lunch or dinner for about two years. あ	ああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20回ほど来店していますが、来る度味が違います。具体的には、チャーシューとスープが冷たい日と熱い日がある。スープに関しては、来る度味が落ちています。先日行った際には、あまりにも不味すぎて人生で初めて家系のスープを残してしまいました。 (その日は店長らしきおじさんが作っていました。) 飲食店において、毎回味が変わってしまうことはありえません。だったら丸岡商店や町田商店などチェーン店に行った方がまだマシだと感じました。ガチ家は近所のため、味が落ちたなと感じた頃も妥協して利用していましたが、もう二度と行きません。初めて来店したのが約1年半前となりますが、その時の店長(今はもういない)の味はとても美味しかったです。色々とサービスをしてくれたりとても良い人でした。その店長の名前は覚えていませんが、今はどこか違うラーメン屋で働いているのなら教えて下さい。よろしくお願い致します。 I have visited the store about 20 times, but the taste is different each time. 濱	濱田さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コッテリ系のラーメンはあまり好みではありませんが友人に美味しいと勧められて来店しました。まず、コインパーキングが隣にあるのがありがたいです。専用駐車場だったらいいのに、、、と思いましたがトッピングが1つ無料になるとのことで嬉しかったです！入って券売機で購入できるのも女性1人だと会話せずに済むのも私中ではポイントが高かったです。そして券売機の横に紙エプロンとヘアゴムが用意してあるのが凄い！！汚れ防止できてとても素敵なサービスです。ラーメン屋さんだと男性メインなイメージなのでこういった気遣いをしているお店は親切で通いたくなります。今回ラーメンは塩を頼みました。野菜がたっぷりでコクがあるのにあっさりしていてとても食べやすかったです。白髪葱にかかっていたタレ？がより一層スープを引き立てる感じで美味しかったです。クリスピーチキンも食べましたが、ヤンニョムの甘辛い感じがさらに食欲を刺激してあっという間に完食してしまいました。帰りに割引券のついたチラシがいただけたので次は新しくメニューになった味噌味を食べにまた利用したいです。 I don't really like Kotteri ramen, but my friend recommended it to me and I came to the store.
