There is a pedestrian bridge when heading south from the intersection at the eastern end of Higashi-ku, Nagoya. There are four shops there, the second from the south. Miso butter garlic spicy Ramen.. very very tasty and filling. Only down side is your breath is going to be rather on the stinky side for a few hours after. ¥880 at time of review They also have cheapish beer and dumplings
