百数十メートル東には桜並木、春に訪れた居場所です。
It is 隆 that stands in the land of Kokufu. Next door is a temple, and a few tens of meters northwest is the Kokufu ruins.
A row of cherry blossom trees to the east of a hundred and several tens of meters, where I visited in the spring.

国府は「こう」と読む。（最近まで知らなかった）
「社伝によれば、江戸時代初期に壷井八幡宮の分霊を勧請したものといわれる」（藤井寺市Ｗｅｂページより）
奥に宮の南塚古墳がある。で、そのさらに奥に允恭天皇陵がある。
A beautifully maintained shrine.
Kokufu reads "this". (I didn't know until recently)
"According to a company biography, it is said that the solitary spirit of Tsuboyi Hachimangu was solicited in the early Edo period." (From Fujiidera City Web page)
In the back is the Minamitsuka Tumulus of the shrine. And, further to that is the Emperor Tomb of Yayoi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国府八幡宮とは、令制国の国府（府中）の近くに創建された八幡宮である。「府中八幡宮」と称されたり「国分八幡宮」と表記されることもある。また単に「八幡宮」「八幡神社」としたり、地名を冠する神社もある。
国府八幡宮には神社によって、国衙の鎮守であると伝えるものと、国分寺の鎮守と伝えるものとがある。一般に国府と国分寺は近くにあることが多く、両者が混同されたものもあると見られている。総国分寺である奈良の東大寺の鎮守社が手向山八幡宮であることから、各地の国府・国分寺でも八幡宮を鎮守としたとも考えられる。これらの国府八幡宮は国府の近くにあることから、後に総社の機能を持つようになったものもある。「一国一社の八幡宮」「一道一社の八幡宮」と称する八幡宮も、国府八幡宮に由来するものとされる。
允恭天皇陵の陪塚である宮の南塚古墳がすぐ横にある。
Kofu Hachimangu Shrine is the Hachimangu Shrine which was built near the national office (Fuchu) of the ruled country. It may be referred to as "Fuchu Hachimangu Shrine" or described as "Kokubu Hachimangu Shrine". There are also shrines that are simply named "Hachimangu Shrine" or "Hachiman Shrine" and bear the names of places.
In Kokufu Hachimangu Shrine, there are two kinds of shrines: one that tells that it is a national guardian, and one that tells that it is a guardian of Kokubunji. In general, Kokufu and Kokubunji are often located near each other, and some are considered to be confused. Because the guardian deity of Todai-ji Temple in Nara, which is Soukoku-ji, is Temuyama Hachiman-gu, it may be considered that Kokubun-ji also dedicates Hachiman-gu in each of Kokubun and Kokubun-ji. Because these Kokufu Hachiman shrines are close to Kokufu, some later became to have the function of a general company. The Hachimangu Shrine, which is referred to as "one country and one company's Hachimangu Shrine" and "one way one company's Hachimangu Shrine", is also considered to be derived from Kokufu Hachimangu Shrine.
The Minamitsuka Tomb of the palace, which is the Akatsuka of the Rui Emperor Imperial Garden, is just next to it.
