★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR根岸線石川町駅北口から徒歩4～5分、関内駅からも徒歩８～10分です。石川町からの徒歩で最短経路で歩くと途中モーテル街を横切ることになります。夜はそれなりに煌びやかです(^_-) 労働プラザは県の公共施設なので華やかさも何も有りません。駅から徒歩圏内なのが優位良い所です。地下に公共駐車場が有り、中華街にも徒歩で行けるので車利用者には駐車場としての利用価値は有るかもしれません。
 It is a 4-5 minute walk from the north exit of Ishikawacho Station on the JR Negishi Line, and an 8-10 minute walk from Kannai Station. If you walk the shortest route from Ishikawacho, you will cross the motel town on the way. It's gorgeous at night as it is (^ _-) Labor Plaza is a public facility in the prefecture, so there is nothing gorgeous. The advantage is that it is within walking distance from the station. There is a public parking lot in the basement, and you can walk to Chinatown, so it may be worth using as a parking lot for car users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 講習会に出席で３会の多目的ホールを利用した。普段は結婚式や歓送迎会などに利用されていると思われる。照明がやや暗めで落ち着いているが、講習でのノートを取るには、もう少し明るいほうが書きやすい。トイレは各階にあり丁寧に清掃されている。
I attended the seminar and used the multipurpose halls of the three meetings. It seems that it is usually used for weddings and welcome and farewell parties. The lighting is a little dark and calm, but it's easier to write if it's a little brighter to take notes in the class. Toilets are on each floor and are carefully cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ根岸線石川町駅から徒歩５分くらいですが、横浜市営地下鉄の関内駅からも歩いて行くことができます。１階には労働関係の窓口があって、仕事探しに役立つ資料が置いてあります。３階にはホールがあって、講演会などの会場で利用されていて、運行管理者の講習や、2021年5月5日は憲法を守るかながわの会主催の「第１７回憲法集会」が行なわれ、社民党党首の福島みずほさんや、東京新聞社会部記者の望月衣塑子さんの講演を聞くことが出来、望月さんの話に深く感銘を受けました。新書本で「新聞記者」という書籍を出版していますので、興味のある方は、是非とも読んでいただきたいです。
It is about a 5-minute walk from Ishikawacho Station on the JR Negishi Line, but you can also walk from Kannai Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway. There is a labor-related window on the 1st floor, where you can find useful materials for finding a job. There is a hall on the 3rd floor, which is used for lectures and other venues, and there are training sessions for operation managers and the "17th Constitutional Assembly" sponsored by the Kanagawa Association, which protects the Constitution on May 5, 2021. I was deeply impressed by Mr. Mizuho Fukushima, the leader of the Social Democratic Party, and Mr. Isoko Mochizuki, a reporter of the Tokyo Shimbun Social Affairs Department.
