★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣接してイオンと西武が有るので何時も混んでます。ここに来れば家具類を除いてほぼ揃うので広範囲から来るので土日には駐車場の入庫に列が出来て付近の道路も混雑して凄いです。
 Ion and Seibu are adjacent and always crowded. If you come here, it will be almost complete except for furniture, so it will come from a wide area, so on Saturdays and Sundays it will be a queue to enter the parking lot and the nearby road will be crowded and it is amazing.

多数の店舗が入っており、ショッピングが好きな人にはいいところですね
It is a commercial facility in front of JR Higashi-Totsuka station, and is located in the corner where Seibu, Aeon (formerly Daiei), apartments, etc. are lined up.
It has a lot of stores, so it's a good place for people who like shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来た時は、頻繁にダイエー駐車場?️がＯＭＣカードで3時間無料を最大限生かして、行きましたね。今は駐車場?️が各店高くて、駐車場代払って迄行く価値無いでしょ。近隣に魅力的な大型施設有りますしね
When I was new, I went to Daiei parking lot ?️ with the OMC card, making the most of the free 3 hours. Parking lots ?️ are expensive now, so it's not worth paying for parking lots. There are attractive large facilities in the neighborhood.

東戸塚駅を利用している人がうらやましい限りです。

また、様々なレストランやフードコートも有るのも魅力の一つです。
雨の日の買い物は特に有難いですね。
ユニクロと無印良品はいつも人気で賑わっています。
1階にある「日影茶屋」のスワンシューがお薦めです！
The parking lot is wide and the mall is spacious so you can enjoy shopping.

I especially appreciate shopping on a rainy day.
UNIQLO and MUJI have always been popular.
