返答なし。多忙なのでお時間下さいとは言われたものの、こんなに掛かるなら、連絡一つよこして欲しい。足元みる商売なことが良く分かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家のリフォームのため自宅訪問いただき、プラン検討をしていただくことになっていましたが、2021年4月以降現在に至るまで、何の連絡もなし。
特にもめ事を起こしたわけでもなく、何が起こったのか見当もつきません。
会社案内には「お客様に愛されるリフォームを作り続けます。」とありますが、リフォームしてもらえるまでは時間のかかる会社のようです。
私は気が短い方ではないのですが、別の会社に変えました。
