★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋根塗装材にキルコ（最近発売された遮断熱塗料）を使用し外壁塗料にはシリコンRevo1000（遮熱塗料）を推奨して頂き依然よりも涼しく過ごせております。適正な価格であるのかどうか判断し難い塗装業者が多々ある中で信頼できる業者と思います。又、職人さんにおいては長いキャリアと知識があり塗装に強いこだわりがある昔かたぎの仕事人気質が強く感じられ、安心して今回の塗装を依頼する事ができました。又、小回りのきく社長自らのフォローアップは素晴らしいもと思いました。以上の様な事柄を総合的に判断し今回のミッションは成功したものと思います。最後に沢山の会社に見積もりを頂戴し貴重なお時間を我が家の為に費やしていただいたことを深く感謝致します。素人の私でしたが大変勉強になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建て替え前提で不同沈下している築古住宅を購入して1ヶ月。千葉の地震が起き、モルタル外壁のひび割れが下地の木が見えるレベルまで広がったので、翌年に予定していた外壁の塗装を前倒しして壁の補修をセットでお願いしました。
足場の建てにくさ、外壁の状態の悪さで、条件の悪い工事でした。工事中も外れそうな電線や浮いている笠木、土に還っている柱、嵌まらない柵など想定外ばかりでしたが、職人気質の社長の創意工夫で問題を解決できました。工期が倍に延びるほど想定外が酷かったので、追加の工費に怯えていましたが、社長のおかげで子供の学費に手を付けずに済みました。各工事専門の下請けさんを使っている他社では絶対にできないコスパだと思います。コロナで黙食になり会社の人との雑談がしにくくなったので、まずはこちらでクチコミを。
