w	wind today on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜の部夜もお邪魔しました。サクッと揚がった天ぷら。角がしっかりと立った新鮮なお造り。香り豊かなお蕎麦。どれも大変満足できるお料理でした。 ---------------------------------------- 昼の部錦糸町で昼からお酒を飲めるような（緊急事態宣言や酒類の提供禁止が解除されたら改めて訪問して飲むための下調べという意味です）、定食屋、居酒屋のような店を探しながら散策中になんとなく引き寄せられでこちらへ。そば、お造り、天ぷらが3品に冷or生卵が選べて、烏龍茶もついた一六文セットが税込1000円のお値打ち価格。単品のおつまみも昼間から注文できるようで、緊急事態宣言解除されたら、週3回は通いたいと思います（笑）。こちらのそばは自家製麺なのですが、手打ちではなく、製麺マシーンから圧力で、搾り出されるタイプ。その様子がカウンター越しに拝見できるのがまたオシャレです。表面は、滑らかつるつるで、蕎麦の風味も良く、初めて食べる美味しさのお蕎麦でした。天ぷらも揚げたてサクサクで美味しいです。そばだけ、天ぷらだけでも高級専門店レベルの美味しさをこのリーズナブルな価格で提供できるのは相当な努力があると思います。本当に良いお店に出会えて気分の良い一日となりました。 Night part I also bothered you at night.
