★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中高年対象に大量採用大量辞職を繰り返す会社。手間隙掛けて仕事を研修させても、実る人はほんの少し。仕事が難しいのでは無くて会社の体質を経営陣は考えるべき。毎日座席やロッカーを割り当てて朝一番に貼り出す手間と経費を考えたら従業員に還元すべき。仕事内容と時給が割り会わない。交通費もなし。そしてバイザーはお局状態。辞職者が多いのも納得出来る。仕事は好きだったが職場環境が、、しかし近辺の主婦が働くにはいいかも知れない。お近くに住まう主婦にお勧め。
