錦糸町北口にある肉料理店だ。焼肉用のロースターで焼いて食べる。ただし、一般的な焼き肉屋とは違う。ここのヒレ肉は旨い。さすがにヒレ肉の宝山という店名を付けてるだけのことはある。また、オーナーが肉マニアのような方で本当にいい肉を出している。接客も柔軟性があって良い。相棒は極みハラミステーキが好みのようだ。この極みハラミステーキは店員が焼いてカットしてくれる。 私は年齢のせいか脂っこい肉が苦手になってきている。少しタンを食べたら、あとは最後までヒレ肉で十分だ。

宝山プレミアムコース6000円。ポテトとお酒は別料金。一品(焼しゃぶサーロイン)写真漏れ。いいお値段だけれどこの値段でシャトーブリアンまで食べられるのはお得。肉質も厚さも妥協なくどれも上質。ぶ厚いお肉は店員さんに焼いてもらえるのも嬉しい。ガス焼き&高頻度鉄板交換でトコトン味に拘った実利重視! 下味と肉汁で追加の味付けはほぼ要らないぐらいだが、卓上のタレとポン酢の他にワサビ、山わさび、大根おろし、ネギ、ガーリックチップ等の薬味が適時登場しストックしておけば味変にも困らない。追加で頼んだキムチとポテトは際立った特徴はないが十分な量で味も良かった。恐るべきコスパに震えるばかりで、酒を飲んであげないと赤字じゃないかと心配になるレベルです。

夜にプレミアムコース頂きました!18時位には予約ですでに満席だったようなので、予約必須?とにかくタン元が美味しくて感動…他の赤身肉も美味しかったです!焼き方の難しいお肉はお店の方が焼いてくださいます。最後のメインのお肉含め非常に美味しいお肉でしたが、写真4枚目のサーロインの脂だけが少ししつこく、お肉だけのコースでしたが少しもたれました…(胃が弱いだけかもしれません)

ミートオークションが人気のお店。 肉好きとしては是非ともやってみたかったミートオークション! ガールズバーやら飲み屋がチラホラある中に派手な牛のオブジェが目を引きます。 ミートオークションは8時からスタート。 A5ランクの塊肉をオークション形式で競り合います。 とりあえずマキカルビとリブ芯を競り落としましたがこれは熱くなり過ぎてしまうので注意が必要かも。 僕は熱くなり過ぎて競り落としたけど次に全く同じ肉が出てきてかなり安く購入されてました… オークションの肉は間違いない美味さ。 通常メニューは普通かな? 次回は熱くならず冷製に競り落とそう。

Found this on the Moxy Kinshicho's website for recommended restaurants near the hotel. After some elaborate kaiseki ryoran at our onsen in Hakone the previous night, this totally hit the spot for a simple, high-quality meal in the area. Ordered a mixed platter of tenderloin, culotte and skirt for two people, and the stone pot garlic rice. We quickly devoured it and did an additional order of skirt and another stone pot garlic rice with fatty beef parts, which was excellent and tasty. There's an English-language menu and the servers speak English as well. The cocktail and wine options are decent, and the restaurant does a meat auction in Japanese in case you speak the language and want to get lucky.

Everything I had here was fabulous. Most of the cuts of meat I didn't know what they were, but doesn't matter, they were all delicious. Very helpful staff as well.
