トンカ豆に惹かれて購入。
ナパージュが厚くてベタベタなので持ち運びにはご注意。
チョコムースはダークで美味しい。
トンカ豆よりバニラ感が強いです。
●マカロン マロンカシス
外カリッとアーモンドの香ばしさ。
中はしっとり。
ガナッシュはカシスの香りがガツンと来て、マロンの風味がふんわりと。
●バナナケーキ
ふんわりでもしっとりでもない不思議食感。
甘過ぎずバナナの風味を感じられます。
パンの取り扱いもあります。
接客は、凄く良い方と普通の方と……ね。
