s	saka8 t. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り手よし、買い手よし、世間よし、「三方よし」の理念が有名な近江商人の歴史が学べます。訪れた時には私しかいなかったこともあるのでしょうけれど、入場料500円を支払ったら、おじさんがフルフルで案内と説明をしてくれました。ありがたやありがたや。なかでも、江戸時代、近江藩がお江戸に武家屋敷を構えるわけですが、御用達として近江商人も江戸に拠点を持つわけです。すると近江彦根藩主の大老井伊直弼が、ご存知桜田門外の変で暗殺された情報を、商人ルートでいち早く彦根藩に伝えた（通常は江戸〜近江は10日ほどかかるのに3日で伝わったそうです、はっや）というお話は、情報のスピードが価値を持つことは今も昔も変わらないなぁ、と実感した次第です。他にもいろいろな話をうかがいました。いやー面白かったです。写真にもコメントしましたのでご一読くださーい。 You can learn about the history of Omi merchants, who are famous for the idea of "good for sellers, good for buyers, good for the world," and "good for three sides."
