地	地球人ヒロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入館料は300円でした。しかし4館共通券(ここと藤井彦四郎邸、外村繁邸、中江準五郎邸)だと850円で少しだけお得になります。ただし料金支払い時に受付の方は何も言って下さらず、その後行った藤井彦四郎邸で教えてもらいました...。内容としては、映像と展示を使い近江商人のもろもろについて学ぶことが出来ます。信長の楽市楽座から近江商人が力を持ち始めたそうです。近江商人の食卓やら教育やら面白かったです。モットーは「売り手よし！買い手よし！世間によし！」だって(笑) 写真撮影不可なのが残念でした。五箇荘巡りをする方は是非とも4館共通券を！ The admission fee was 300 yen. 宅	宅見肇 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受け付け迄行ったのですが誰も居ません。呼ぶのも面倒だし、まぁいいか。お客様と話していたような？結局、広いから、駐車場に使わせて頂きましたよ。スミマセン。ここから"天秤の里、五個荘近江商人屋敷巡り"に出発です。何故ならば、この町並みが魅力的だから歩きます… そうそう、金堂町って有るけど、金ぴかの堂なんか無いからね！それよりもね、この辺の住民、和風建築の景観を保存して、今もなお引き継いでいるから景観が素晴らしいわ。これは凄いよ✌️ 隣の学習センターも評判?だからパスして大城神社→五輪塔→堂中通り→商人通り→中江邸→外村邸→浄栄寺→弘誓寺→藤井邸ルートの2時間コースで参ります✋ I went to the reception, but no one was there. 小	小野寺徳久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近江商人発祥の地である五箇荘にある博物館。地方自治体が経営しているが深堀りしており幅広い展示なのでそれなりに満足できます。三方よし(買い手よし、売り手よし、社会によし)の考えはとてもいいし近江八幡や日野商人との比較も展示されてます。2階は美術館になってます。時間ある人は近江商人の商家見るのがお薦め。町並みも綺麗で道広く大きな家多く寺社もかなり大きく圧倒されます。かつての近江商人の繁栄がわかる町並みである。ここから販路拡大し場合によっては地方へ永住する(酒造などを営む)、近江商人の影響は今の時代でも感じられるから近江商人すごいなと思えます。 A museum located in Gokaso, the birthplace of Omi merchants. From here, the sales channels are expanded, and in some cases, permanent residence in rural areas (running sake brewing, etc.), the influence of Omi merchants can still be felt, so I think Omi merchants are amazing.

Costs 300 yen or part of 1000 yen Omi combo ticket. Best skipped if you don't speak English and don't have the combo ticket.
