石	石川阿公 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR京浜東北線・東十条駅南口を出て十条跨線橋横の歩道を渡り交番の前に小さな地蔵堂があります。地蔵堂の脇にベンチが有ってお年寄りが休憩しています。地蔵坂の地蔵として有名ですが、昭和六年（1931年）下十条駅（現在東十条駅）の開通、昭和十二年（1937年）道路拡張により現在の場所に移転した。このお堂の後ろにあるのが地蔵坂です。地蔵尊の建立は不明らしいが江戸時代の安政二年（1773年）にこの地蔵尊が有ったと記された文献があるようです。千羽鶴の首飾りをしています。頭巾をかぶった子育信仰のお地蔵様です。この様な地域に密着した信仰が続くことを願います From the JR Keihin Tohoku Line/Higashijujo Station South Exit, cross the sidewalk next to the Jujo Overpass and there is a small Jizo-do in front of the police box.
