担当営業がちょっと頼りない感があったが、他の社員含め対応は良かった
初めての購入ですので今後のメンテナンス、車検などの対応に期待します

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当してもらった整備の人何人かはとてもいい人、待合室で他のお客さんと話している整備の人を見ていてもとても対応が丁寧で、安心して整備を任せられる。
車購入に関しては、この日に電話します、調べて今日電話しますと言っている担当からは電話が来なかった。忙しいのだとは思うが、言っていたその日に電話ができないのであれば日付指定で電話すると言わない方がいい。
あと新車見積もりを出してもらった時に何も言わずに整備パック？みたいのが追加されていた。
オイル無料などと謳っているが、結局その分別の項目でお金取るのかな？と思いました。
購入時、付けるのが当たり前なら事前に説明するべきでは？
販売員はもう少し教育した方がいいのかな？と思いました。ネイルもすごい派手な女性がいて、車を扱うところだけに気になりました。
