ち	ちむ。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脳外科の手術などの技術に関してはとても良いのかもしれませんが接遇として全然良くありません。祖父が過去に脳梗塞で2回、手術し命を助けて頂きました。少し前ですが祖父が脳梗塞の可能性があり救急で運ばれ入院しました。幸い脳梗塞ではなかったのですが入院中に別の検査をし、患者本人にしか検査結果を話をしてくれませんでした。コロナで面会が出来ないので仕方ないのかもしれませんが高齢なら家族にも話をした方が良いかとかの聞き取りも入院する時ありませんでした。患者側や患者家族から希望しないと説明してくれないようです。さらに退院の時期も全く話しがなく、こちらから「医師からの話を聞きたい」と希望したところ、医師からの話を聞いたあとそのまま退院して貰っていいですよみたいな感じで急に言われました。家族も仕事があるし、一人暮らしの祖父なので家族で家の掃除や準備をしたいのに「急性期なので早く退院して」みたいな感じに聞こえて凄く不快でした。事務方の人も接遇としては良くない感じでした。脳梗塞で運ばれたらもう仕方ないですがそれ以外では受診したくないとおもいました。某病院のスタッフの方が非常に接遇としては良いと思うのでどうしてもそこと比べてしまいます。 It may be very good for techniques such as brain surgery, but it is not good at all as a hospitality.
