どら焼きは、かわもしっとりとした甘さもしつこくなくお茶請けにぴったりな美味しさでした
生どら焼きもクリームが入っていますがしつこくなくとても美味しいです。
わらび餅とくるみ餅もさっぱりとしていれ美味しかったです。次回は、氷菓子を食べて追記のレポ書きたいと思います。
車で来ると少し駐車に困るかもしれません。
 I bought dorayaki, warabi mochi, and walnut mochi.
The dorayaki was delicious and not so sweet and moist, and was perfect for making tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柴犬の焼印が入っていると思っていたら、店頭に並んでいるどら焼きには入っていませんでした。店員さんに｢焼印が入っていないんですね｣とお尋ねすると、｢日持ちがしないので｣と。ん？？あまり理解が出来ないご返答だったのですが、焼印を入れると日持ちがしないのでしょうか？お持たせに可愛いと思って伺ったのでとても残念でした。せっかく伺ったので、自分達の分をおやつに購入しましたが、生地はパサついていて、中の餡も美味しくなかったです。栗もふんだんにゴロゴロ入っているのですが、しっとり感が全くなく、水がないと飲み込めない。しっとりしたどら焼きが好きなので、リピートはないです。

Since I visited there, I bought our own as a snack, but the dough was dry and the bean paste inside was not delicious. There are plenty of chestnuts in it, but it doesn't feel moist and can't be swallowed without water. I like moist dorayaki, so there is no repeat.

当たり前ですが完全に和菓子寄りでフワっとした皮というよりはネトっとした感じの皮でクリームも少なめ。この辺で好みが分かれると思います。

生ドラ系は300円オーバーで、ちょっと躊躇する値段

あんの甘さは控えめ。上品なの？と言われるとそんな感想ではないです。食感は皮から全体的に硬め、重めな印象。イチゴの水分なく甘みも弱かったのが悪い印象。サイズは小さめですが、値段が高くないので、色々買える楽しさはありました。
製造が気になって見たらイタリアンのお店でしたので別事業としてされてるのでしょうか。
