直	直哉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域の呼び方だとおもいますが、「回転焼き」って私の地元では呼んでます。いわゆる今川焼や大判焼ですが、若い頃帰宅途中に立ち寄って買い食いしたこのお店の味が私の中ではナンバーワンです。冷めてもオイシイ、白餡の方が私は大好き。 I think it's a local name, but I'm calling "rotating roasting" locally.
