は	はる吉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気が付かない間に契約期間満了となり、フリーセレクトで契約してた分残り5回が無効となり、返金も出来ない状態になっていました。問い合わせをした所、【大変恐縮ではございますが、ご契約期間が満了となったコースにつきましては、お手入れ・ご返金ともにできかねますこと、どうかご容赦くださいませ。】と【ご契約期間につきましては、ご契約時にお渡ししております契約書にも記載がございますので、お手すきの際にご確認いただけますと幸いに存じます。】と返答を頂きました。確かに、契約書に書いてあります。が、契約時にはコロナウイルスは無かったのです。今年になり社内で陽性者が出て、濃厚接触者に該当はしなかったものの…万が一を疑いなるべく人と接しないように生活を心掛けていました。自分できちんと確認していなかったのも、勿論悪いとは思います。が、せめて1ヶ月前位に連絡をくれても良いと思います。今、このコロナウイルスの中でもこのような対応しかして頂けないのかと、残念な気持ちになりました。これなら、社内で感染者が出ても気にせず予約して行けば良かったのかな？と思いました。そして、今後は私の様にお金を払ったのに契約期間満了でお手入れも返金も出来ない様にならないよう、せめて1ヶ月前には連絡してあげるような制度にして下さい。今は前と違って、コロナウイルスと共生していかなければならない時代なのですから。 Before I knew it, the contract period had expired, and the remaining 5 times were invalidated for the amount I had contracted with Free Select, and I could not refund.
