辛子メンとタンメン、それにチャーハンを頂きました。
辛子メンは、川崎溶き卵系で辛さはかなり控えめ。塩分控えめ、あまり辛くないので、卵スープのラーメンという感じで、個人的には、少々淡泊に思いました。
タンメンは、オーソドックスな塩ベースに野菜たっぷりの構成。こちらも個人的には淡泊感。
逆に炒飯は、塩分しっかり効いてました。
ラーメンよりも、炒め物を頼むべき店なのかなと。
I visited around 11:30 on Sunday afternoon. Zero first customers, one second customer.
I had mustard men, tanmen, and fried rice.
The mustard men are Kawasaki beaten eggs and the spiciness is quite modest. The salt content is modest and it's not very spicy, so I thought it was a ramen with egg soup, and I personally thought it was a little light night.
Tanmen is an orthodox salt base with plenty of vegetables. This is also a light night feeling personally.
On the contrary, the fried rice had a good salt content.
I wonder if it's a restaurant where you should order stir-fried food rather than ramen.
