祭神は｢大物主神(おおものぬしのかみ)」
五穀豊穣や産業・文化などの繁栄と国や人々の平安の神として信仰されている。
一八二七年(文政一○)に讃岐の国松山講から勧請されたと言われている。
ご神体は一八二九年(文政一二)にこの地に祠をつくり安置された。
一八三五年(天保六)本殿前の石段、一八四四年(弘化元)社前の石垣が完成
一九三〇年(昭和五) 道路からの石段が完成
参道入口の石の鳥居は一九四三年(昭和十八)に奉献された。
現在の本殿と舞殿は一九五四年(昭和二九)に新築再建された。

Kompira Shrine
The deity is "Omononushi no Kami"
It is worshiped as a god of fertility, prosperity of industry and culture, and peace of the country and people.
It is said that it was solicited by Sanuki no Kuni Matsuyama Ko in 1827 (Bunsei 1 ○).
The Shintai was enshrined in this area in 1829 (Bunsei 12).
The stone steps in front of the main shrine in 1835 (Tenpo 6) and the stone wall in front of the company in 1844 (Kokagen) were completed.
1930 (Showa 5) The stone steps from the road are completed
The stone torii gate at the entrance to the approach was dedicated in 1943 (Showa 18).
The current main shrine and dance hall were newly rebuilt in 1954 (Showa 29).
