鴻池神社の北側にある鴻池児童遊園地に鎮座する神社です。
はじめ、鴻池神社の境外社と思いましたが詳細は分かりませんでした。
当地は江戸時代の豪商として知られる鴻池家の発祥地と伝えられており、境内にある石碑は中国の古代貨幣「布貨（ふか）」の形をした砂岩製で花崗岩製の亀趺の上に立てられています。
