待っている間に出してもらうコーヒーがもう少し美味しいとうれしいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前試乗しに行ったのですが、同乗していた店員は一切何も説明など会話をせず、他の客に黙るように言われたことがきっかけのようですが、それは人によってじゃないのかと思い、全く臨機応変に接客対応できない無能な人に当たり、この店で購入するのを止めました。

仕方ないことですが、新車購入ではないので、無料の代車は貸してくれないそうです。
対応は良かったです。

2019/11/09 再訪問。担当者が変わり気持ちよく対応して頂きました。
内金を納付しましたので来年の納車が楽しみです。
2019/11/20 30万円の内金を入れていましたが 希望した色の車が年内に納車できないと連絡がありました。 年内納車不可なのでメーカーキャンペーンの割引が使えないと。
2019/11/22 ヤナセ西宮に聞いてみたところ希望色の車があるとのことで 同日発注。 ベンツ伊丹にキャンセルを申し込むも内金の返金について説明なし。 ちょっと対応がアレでした。 但し値引きはベンツ伊丹の方が良かったです。
It wasn't as friendly as audi. I think that BENZ YANSE in Nishinomiya is better.

受付の方もサービスの方も、皆さんとても丁寧に対応して下さいます。
作業内容も分かりやすく説明して貰えるので、安心して車を預ける事が出来ます。
ただ、予約をする際、混み合っている事が多いので急ぐ場合は少し困ります。
