★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司割烹のラーメン屋さんです。貝だし鶏白湯950円にしました。スープは鶏ガラと貝の合わせダシをパイタンに仕上げて、麺はストレート細角麺、具はローストビーフ・炙り蒸しササミ・帆立・水菜・きざみネギです。スープは少し煮詰まった感があるものの、しっかりしたダシの旨味とコク・香りがよく、麺と豪華な具の相性も抜群で美味しいです。各々メイン級の具が風味の壊し合いにならず、相乗効果で旨味を増しています。特にローストビーフが絶品です。板さんは相当な腕前だと思います。店内衛生とコロナ対策・接遇面も文句なし！値段はモノ相応で納得できますが、それでも少し高いかなと思います。種類豊富な一品やお酒類も美味しそうでした。トータル評価は星4つにします。

Each main-class ingredient does not destroy the flavor, and the synergistic effect increases the flavor. Especially the roast beef is excellent. I think Mr. Ita is quite skillful. There are no complaints about in-store hygiene, corona measures, and hospitality! The price is reasonable and reasonable, but I think it's still a little expensive. A wide variety of dishes and alcoholic beverages also looked delicious. The total rating is 4 stars.
