今日はキノコ(松茸も！)や栗などを使ったメニューもあり、食材、彩り共に秋を感じさせてくれるお料理がいただけました。全て、素材の味を感じられる優しい味です。
そんなダルシさん、今年で10周年だそうです。おめでとうございます！これからも時々お邪魔させていただきます。
I've been a fan since the store opened! A kind chef and a wife who cares too much about the floor (laughs). It is a cozy shop that you can easily go to without hesitation.
Today, there is also a menu using mushrooms (also matsutake mushrooms!) And chestnuts, and we were able to enjoy dishes that make us feel autumn in terms of ingredients and colors. All are gentle tastes that you can feel the taste of the ingredients.
Mr. Darushi seems to be celebrating his 10th anniversary this year. Congratulations! I will continue to bother you from time to time.

A casual French restaurant located less than 3 minutes from Kongo Station on the Nankai-Koya Line. It is a satisfying course with a soft feeling that both cooking and customer service are attentive, a nice feeling of Japanese beef boiled in red wine for dinner B course, and a moderate volume feeling.
