ラーメンやつけ麺もありますが、断然スンドゥブがお薦めです。
ご飯は多めですが、サラリと食べられます。
カプサイシンの効果で、食後は体がポカポカで、冬のランチにはお薦めですね。
辛さは選択できます。
5段階の2がお店のお薦めで、丁度よい辛さでした。
客層の男女比率は、3対7で女性が多い印象です。

何人かで来た方が色々種類を楽しめます。
持ち帰りもものによってはできるようです。
もつ鍋と参鶏湯はとっても美味しいです。しめのジャガイモ麺は日本のインスタントラーメンとは違うのでもちもちです。土日や祝日、連休の夜は予約で大変混み合いますので早めの予約をおススメします。団体さんは多いです。
参鶏湯は前日までの予約ですがスープが美味しいです。薬膳なので食べる時は食べれない具材を分けなければいけませんが、気にならない方は是非食べてみてください。

メニュー表が新しくなり、スマホでの注文ができるようになっていました。味は変わらず美味しいです❗

入店したところ、その店員さんと目があったにも関わらず、声がけされることもなく2分くらい無視されました。
気づいた別の店員さんが中に招き入れてくれましたが、その印象しか残っていません。食事中もその店員さんの様子を観察していましたが、無駄な動きが多く、客にも店側にも邪魔になっていると感じました。
次に行く時にはスーパー店員になっていることを期待しています。
There is a problem with an elderly female clerk.
When I entered the store, even though I had an eye on the clerk, I was ignored for about 2 minutes without being called out.
Another clerk who noticed invited me inside, but only that impression remains. I was observing the clerk during the meal, but I felt that there were many useless movements that were in the way of both the customer and the store.
I expect to be a supermarket clerk the next time I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVで見て行ってみました。オススメしてた羽根つき餃子、スンドｳブ（牛スジ、チーズトマト)を注文。値段は同じで、ランチ定食時だとサラダ、漬け物、ライス付き。ディナー定食時だとライス、漬け物がつきます。単品も可。辛さはミディアムでも思ったほど辛くないかも(個人差有り)
I watched it on TV. I ordered the recommended dumplings with feathers, Sundoubu (beef tendon, cheese tomato). The price is the same, and salad, pickles, and rice are included at lunch set meal. Rice and pickles are included at dinner set meal. Single item is also possible. The spiciness may not be as spicy as I expected even if it is medium (there are individual differences)
