セミナーを開催するのに利用しています。
駅からのアクセスも良く施設も綺麗で設備も揃っていて充実しています。
登壇者の背景に東京タワーが見えるので、すごくセミナーの価値が高まります。
都内の貸し会議室の中ではかなりコスパの高い施設だと思います。
目の前の芝生の広場でBBQもできるみたいです。
セミナー後の懇親会などでBBQもいいなと思います。

ただ、会場レイアウトをいじると復旧に費用が掛かる(料金表に記載アリ)のがどうかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファミリーマートが同じ階にあるので、便利です。会場の天井も高く、広い会議室でした。会議室としては文句なしです。品川駅から少はし歩きます。

スクリーンも大きくて見やすく、プレゼンしやすいと思いますし見る側も快適に参加できます。
綺麗な会議室で温度調整など、係の人もていねいに対応してくれるのが嬉しいです。
コンビニなども近くにあり、便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新し目のビルの筈だが、エレベーターホールにセキュリティゲートの無い、オフィスビル。不安になる。造りがちょっと、社畜仕様。品川駅から遠く、高輪ゲートウェイ駅からも近くなさそう。3月14日以降見るしかないが。
