二ノ宮さん、石崎さん、
親切かつ、的確なご対応ありがとうございます。
労基はあくまでも、他責思考では何も進みません。違反している証拠等を集めなくては労基側も対応ができません。今回私は賃金未払いで対応していただきました。配達証明による催促した上で、配達証明の控え、雇用契約書、その他シフトに入っていた事実になるものを持って挑みました。
まだどうなるかわかりませんが、未払い賃金が解決されることを祈ります。

いない際は労働基準監督官が相談に対応しようとするが、話だけ聞いて管轄外でアドバイスできないと言う
長々と説明させる前にアドバイス出来る内容かどうか、手短に確認して欲しいと思う
また、ここに限らず相談員は民事の紛争に精通したアドバイスが出来る人選となっていないのだが、あえて民事用の相談員と言うものを置いていることに疑問を感じた

別の労基に行ったところ解決に向けての方法を教えていただけたのでここを使うのはやめた方がいいです。
