ショールームの予約や購入ソファ配送の案内等で何度かメールでやり取りしていたスタッフですが、ソファ代金振込み後に、入金のご確認お願いしますとメールしましたが返信無し。
御礼等で1番ちゃんと返信しないといけない時ではないでしょうか？(笑)
仮にこちらが振込み後にメールしていなくても、振り込み期日の案内を自らされていたのですから、入金確認後は連絡があって然るべきですよね(笑)
支払いが済んだ途端一切対応しないという大変無礼な印象を受けました。
物には満足(5つ星)ですが、接客には失望(－4つ星)しました。
まあ1スタッフの対応ですので、これから利用されるかたは、運が悪くなければ大丈夫かと思います。
I liked the design and bought a fairly expensive sofa.
The staff had exchanged emails several times for showroom reservations and information on the delivery of purchased sofas, but after transferring the sofa price, I emailed them to confirm the payment, but there was no reply.
Isn't it time to reply to No. 1 as a thank you? (Lol)
Even if I didn't send an email after the transfer, I was informed of the transfer date by myself, so I should have been contacted after confirming the payment (laughs).
I got the impression that it was very rude that I would not respond at all as soon as the payment was completed.
I was satisfied with the product (5 stars), but disappointed with the customer service (-4 stars).
Well, it's one staff member, so I think it's okay if you're not unlucky.
