扁額に古宮白山神社とあるので、土橋川沿いにある白山宮と何らかの関連があるのだろう。
追伸
Webで根城の白山神社についてしらべていたら、沢里の白山宮についての記述を見つけた。それによると土橋川沿いの白山宮は沢里山を白山に見立てて勧請された白山信仰の古い神社で、かつてはこの古宮の地にあったものが今の場所に遷座したものだという。じゃなぜ「古宮白山宮」ではないんだ？という疑問が残るが、この辺りの古宮という地名も白山台という地名も、この白山信仰の神社（複数）にちなむのではないか？
という類推が成り立つ。
いずれにしても、この古宮白山神社も由緒あるありがたいお宮であるのかもしれない。ま、信じる者は救われるのだ：）
It is a simple shrine.
Since there is Komiya Hakusangu Shrine on the biane, it may have something to do with Hakusangu along the Dobashi River.
PS
When I was searching for Hakusan Shrine in Nejo on the Web, I found a description about Hakusangu in Sawasato. According to the report, Hakusangu along the Dobashi River is an old shrine of the Hakusan faith that was solicited to resemble Sawasatoyama as Hakusan, and what used to be in this old shrine has been relocated to its current location. Then why isn't it "Komiya Hakusangu"? The question remains, but isn't the place name Komiya and the place name Hakusandai around here named after the shrines of the Hakusan faith?
The analogy holds.
In any case, this Komiya Hakusan Shrine may also be a historic and thankful shrine. Well, those who believe will be saved :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice, little shrine. It lost stars for there being nowhere to park for it. I ended up parking in a construction lot nearby because it was late Saturday, but weekday visits that'd have been impossible.
Actually well kept though it's out of the way and small.
