S	S SATO, on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧八戸藩の総鎮守社です。創建は不明で、郷土史家や研究者の方々によって弥生期・飛鳥期など諸説ございますが、記録上は平安時代にすでにあった事がわかっています。また、約300年近く続く夏の祭り「八戸三社大祭」発祥の神社であり、また神社直属の神楽組「法霊神楽」でも皆様に親しんで頂いております。(当社HPより) 三社大祭の開催期間はとても賑やかになります。三社大祭は大きく豪華絢爛な山車に注目が集まりますが、三社の行列も素晴らしいと思いますので、是非ご覧ください。当社の敷地左側を市道が通る(今の道路を拡幅)予定で、かなりの木が切り倒されたのは残念です。ポケモンのジムになっているらしく、大勢の人や車が集まっている時があります。 It is a general guardian company of the former Hachinohe Pass. 藤	藤田力 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20200222十和田湖方面弾丸ツアーに行って来ました。三沢へ戻る帰り道、調べてみると本八戸駅近くに「陸奥國八戸総鎮守法霊山龗神社」と言う神社が有るとの事なので立ち寄ってみました。番町中央パーキングに駐車して歩く事８分で龗神社に到着！法霊山龗神社（ほうりょうさんおがみ神社）は、青森県八戸市内丸に鎮座する旧八戸藩の総鎮守社です。龗神社は、平安時代にはすでに存在していたことが記録上判明しておりますが、はっきりした創建は不明で、郷土史家や研究者の方々によって弥生期・飛鳥期など諸説あるそうです。また、約300年近く続く夏の祭り「八戸三社大祭」発祥の神社との事です。龗神社は、源義経が平泉で自害せずに北へ向かったという義経北行伝説ゆかりの場所だそうです。鳥居の建つ場所は義経正妻の京久我大臣姫が自害した場所と伝わっており、手鏡が所蔵されています。また、江戸期にこの地方に伝わる義経北行に関する口伝を書き留めた「類家稲荷大明神縁起」という古文書が本殿より発見され、現在市立図書館にて保管されています。境内は工事中の様でしたが、御朱印対応頂けました。 20200222 I went to the Towada Lake bullet tour.
