残念でした。品揃え、提案性、訴求性が足りません。ワクワクしません。
I saw only the gardening hall, so it's an impression only there. Komeri has many small stores and a limited selection of items, so I visited Komeri in anticipation of an assortment of large stores.
That's too bad. There is not enough product lineup, proposals, and appeal. I'm not excited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入した木材カットの依頼するとき早口な年配の女性店員の対応がめちゃくちゃで時間を無駄にとられたし疲れた
その後カット担当する男性が出て来て同じ説明をしたら数秒で済んだので助かった
何回か来店して他の店員(特に若い方々)はとても良い接客をされるのでまた来たい、星5をつけよう、と思えるのですがその年配女性店員の人のせいで星2をつけるし次は別の店にしようかなと思います

I have visited the store several times and other clerk (especially young people) have very good customer service, so I want to come again, I think I should give a star 5, but because of the elderly female clerk, I give a star 2 I think I'll try another store next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ power不足です・・・。雪国特化ならストーブやコタツ、除雪用具を充実すべき。日用雑貨や色々な範囲に手を広げ過ぎて、単なるドラッグストアに成り下がってます。お目当ての石油ファンヒーターが無かったので、結局Amazonでﾎﾟﾁりました。

ただ、レジの方はとても丁寧に謝罪してくださったので☆1つ付けときます。

「サントリーらくなり苺はありますけど四季なりはありません」と返答された。
「おかしいですね。サントリーのホームページにはらくなりは四季なりって書いてあるんですけど、商品のラベルとかに書いてませんか？」
しかし返答は「四季なりはありません」の一点張りだった。
2度電話して、2度同じやりとりをした。「四季なりとは書かれていない」というのが電話対応者側の返答。
その後、実際に店の売り場の苗コーナーに行くと、
でかでかと大きなロゴで黄色い丸に赤い字で【四季なり】と書かれた「サントリーらくなり苺」の苗が大量にあった。
店員に事情を話すも、売り場担当者はもう帰ったらしく、ふーんみたいな顔されて終わり。
担当者は、売り場も見ずに、商品カタログだけを見て、らくなりは四季なりではないという思い込みのままに客に嘘をついたのだ。
たぶん、彼らは業務連絡もせず、今後も同じ過ちを繰り返すことだろう。だが今日の出来事をクチコミに残したことで、同じ悔しさを味わう人が今後一人でも減ることを祈る。
みんなも電話で商品について詳しく訊ねる時は「売り場まで行って確認してくれませんか」と言おう。

余りにも巨大化した店舗もこの時期に必須と言える商品仕入れが甘いですねー
巨大店舗に求めているのは先を読む仕入センス。
普通の品揃えだったら小さい店舗と同じ。

結局、またAmazonで発注しました。
Amazonの凄さを感じさせてくれた一日かな？
