2	2525 M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページの問い合わせフォームから予約をして、自動メールが来て、その後連絡がない為空きがあり予約ができたと思っていたが、予約した日時に行くとお店が閉まっていた。ホームページを確認したが、定休日は第三日曜日で第四日曜日は営業日。寒い中外で待っていたが、電話もつながらず帰宅した。初めて利用する所で楽しみにしていたけど、まさか閉まっているとは思わなかった。クレームのメールをしたが、1週間経っても返信又は電話もなかった。クレーム対応せず放置するというはありえません。もう利用しない。 I made a reservation from the inquiry form on the website, and I received an automatic mail, and I thought that there was a vacancy because I did not get in touch, but the store was closed when I went on the reservation date and time.
