細かいアドバイスもいただけ親身に話を聞いて貰えました。

が、他の方が書いているように店長は接客向きじゃない。
誰もが画一的にうまく接客できなくても良いんじゃないか？

3年前、修理を電話で依頼した時、いきなり「名前くらい名乗れ」とか、「ここで買った自転車ではない」と言うと、「ちっ、ママチャリかよ」とふて腐れた感じで言ったりとか、「うちまで取りに来てくれるんですよね」と問いただすと「取りに来ないで修理できるか！」とか。
とにかく応対が酷いです。
