学校推奨のパソコンを購入したが、届くのにとても時間がかかった。Covid-19 の影響で遅くなるとはわかっていた為、全然怒っていません。製造元の富士通から連絡はあり、遅くなり申し訳ないと謝罪していただいた。
しかし、シンワネクストからは何も連絡が無かった。加えて、謝罪も何も無かった。おかげさまでオンライン授業を受けるのにとても苦労しました。単位も落としそうになりました。どうもありがとうございました。
以後このような事で困る学生がいないことを願います。
星１つもあげたくありません。
About personal computer
I bought a computer recommended by the school, but it took a long time to arrive. I'm not angry at all because I knew it would be slower due to the Covid-19. The manufacturer, Fujitsu, contacted me and apologized for being late.
However, there was no contact from Shinwanext. In addition, there was no apology. Thanks to you, I had a hard time taking online classes. I was about to drop the unit. Thank you very much.
I hope that no student will be in trouble with this kind of thing after that.
