Afternoon Teaについて

イギリスには古くから、紅茶とお菓子で午後のひとときを楽しむ、“Afternoon Tea”という習慣があります。焼きたてのスコーンやクッキーをおともに、おいしい紅茶をいただく豊かな時間。ゆっくりと時間をかけて、会話に花を咲かせる。この習慣のもつ、日常の中の心のゆとりや情緒的価値を、様々な提案を通して、みなさまにお届けしたい。1981年、そんな想いから私たちはスタートしました。

新しかったのが、雑貨と飲食が一体となった、衣・食・住を同時に提案するスタイル。使い込まれたパイン材のテーブルに、ティーポットでサーブされる紅茶のぬくもり。紅茶といえばティーバッグがカップに入って出てくるのが当たり前だった時代、そのスタイルは新鮮でした。カフェオレボウルなど、ヨーロッパで日常的に使われている生活雑貨を紹介し、それまでの日本にはなかったひとつ先のライフスタイルを発信してきました。

倉	倉田冬樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月11日(火)15:00前からの出来事店内で大声で話す(話し声、笑い声が店内に響く程の大声)ご婦人4人組に他のお客さんも不快に感じているのがよく分かりました。せっかくの友人との食事でしたが、不快に思いながらの飲食となりました。ずっと店員さんは知らん顔。見て見ぬふりでした。注意しずらいのは理解できますが、この状態でほったらかしでしたので、またこの店に来たいとは思いませんでした。二度と来たくないが正しい表現かもしれません。 2人組のお客さんには座った時に対面にならないよう、斜めになるようにと当たり前のように言うにもかかわらず、ギャーギャーとうるさいお客さんには無言。マナーの話ですから、コロナ云々と言う以前の問題と思います。この日時で店内がどのような状態であったのか会社としてスタッフに確認をし、改めてはいかがでしょうか。少ない人数で運営をしているのでしょうか、店員さんがオーダーをとるのが遅いです。お店全体に気配りが出来ていない、常に仕事に追われている感じがしました。店員さんに変な緊張感があると、お客さんに伝わります。お金を払って不快に思う飲食となりました。 Events from before 15:00 on Tuesday, January 11 Speaking loudly in the store (speaking and laughing loud enough to echo in the store) It was clear that the female quartet was uncomfortable with other customers. 梨	梨華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店しても案内がなく、店の中に立って待つが、こちらに一向に来ない。待っている客が多かったので、座って待つと、他の客を案内しようとしていた。名前を書くボードがあったよう。事情を話し、私が1番先だったことを伝えるも、ほかに客が待っていたのでその後になると言う。他の客は全員目の前で待っており、私が1番先に待っていたことは明白。それを再度話すと、2人で来店していた客に「1人掛けの席しか無いのでこのお客さまを先に案内して良いですか」と店長の吉田が私の目の前で言った。語弊があるのでは無いかと問うと、「でも他のお客さまは先に通されるものだと思っているので」と。話しにならないので上の者と話しをさせるように言うと、「上の人は今いないし、個人情報を教えることは出来ません」との事。ちょっとコミュニケーションが上手くいかないうえに、返答がおかしい。ボードに書かなかったのも、「他のお客さまはボードに気づかれて書いています」と私のせい。 Even if I come to the store, there is no guidance, so I stand inside the store and wait, but I never come here.
