★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場の研修で利用しました。思ったよりも駅から近かったのが良かった。ただ、掃除は基本的に利用者に任せられているようで、少し埃っぽかったのが気になりました。
 I used it for workplace training. It was good that it was closer to the station than I expected. However, it seems that cleaning is basically left to the user, and I was worried that it was a little dusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修施設としては、人数も結構入る（100人くらい？）し使いやすいと思った。コンビニやスーパーも近くいろいろと利便性はある。ただちょっと建物としては古い感じが否めない。
As a training facility, I thought it was easy to use because the number of people was quite large (about 100 people?). Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby and there are various conveniences. However, I cannot deny the old feeling as a building.
