★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 理事長はじめ全てが最低！県や小牧市にも悪名が響いています。施設内壁に雨漏り、天井にカビが蔓延しています。でも改善しなくても良い抜け穴があるのですよね。日本の福祉大丈夫なんでしょうか。
最近は利用者への虐待があり県も音声かあり渋々虐待認定をしたそうです。
でもその職員は平然と勤めています。
家族にもその事実は伝えていません。
他言無用と施設長は職員を集めて伝えています。
これらをみると改善する意識は全くありませんね。
利用者の低温やけど入浴介助時の、転倒で頭部外傷等絶え間なくあります。
利用者の見守りも一定時間しかせず職員を見つける事ができないことよくあります。
全員で休憩をとるためです。
いつもその間に利用者同士のトラブルがあります。
Everything is the lowest including the president! Infamousness is also affecting prefectures and Komaki City. Leaks on the walls of the facility and mold on the ceiling. But there are loopholes that need not be improved. Is Japanese welfare okay?
Recently, there was abuse to users, and the prefecture also had voice or reputation for abuse.
But the staff is working calmly.
I have not told that fact to my family.
The facility director has gathered and told the staff that there is no need for other words.
Looking at these, there is no awareness of improvement at all.
There are constant head injuries due to falls during cold bathing of the user during bathing assistance.
Often it is not possible to find a staff member after a certain period of time watching the user.
To take a break with everyone.
There are always problems between users during that time.
