★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の方はどなたも明るくて利用者の家族の者にも親切丁寧に接して下さいます。些細なことでも相談しやすく、何かあったら施設からすぐに確認や連絡の電話が来ますので安心です。施設内も清潔で利用者さんたちの活気で賑わっていて過ごしやすいのではと思います。
緊急搬送時に付き添っていただいた折、お忙しい中でもひと段落つくまで一緒にいてくださった時は本当に心強かったです。
 All staff members are cheerful and kindly and friendly to the family members. It is easy to consult even a trivial matter, and if there is something, you will be relieved because the facility will immediately call you to confirm and contact you. I think the facility is clean and lively with the liveliness of the users.
It was really encouraging when I was accompanied during emergency transport, even when I was busy, even when I was with me until I finished it.
