この店舗の対応、仕事には信頼が置けません。 最終的には契約しましたが二度とここを窓口に賃貸契約はしないでしょう。 ここを使って賃貸契約を検討されている方は今一度再考されることをお勧めします。問題を感じた対応を以下に記載しますので参考にしてください。 ・ネットに掲載された間取り図と店舗で説明を受けた間取り図が違う。さらに店舗で説明を受けた間取り図と実際の部屋の間取り(収納や畳数)が違う。 ・店舗で見せられた内装の写真と実際の部屋の内装が別の部屋に案内されたかと勘違いするほど大きく異なる箇所がある。 ・担当者は半年前にこの部屋を内覧で訪れて実情を把握していたにもかかわらず店舗での事前説明時に実際の部屋と説明で異なる点があることを説明しなかった。 ・物件の内覧を16時に指定され車で物件に案内されたが、片道15分弱かかるにも関らず17時閉店なので17時前までに店舗に戻る必要があると内覧を急かされた。(内覧の結果、事前説明と異なる点が多々あったので、さすがに17時で内覧を終わらせられることはありませんでしたが...) ・契約書のサイン前に入金を急かし、入金しても契約書をすぐに作成しない。その割りに契約書のサインは指定された期限に余裕があっても急かしてくる。手続き上の理由があるのかもしれないが催促のメールは特に理由の記載がなく腑に落ちない。 ・契約書に記載されたガスの情報に誤りがあり、ガス会社に連絡して初めて判明。契約書の情報を信じてコンロを買うと物件に対応しないコンロ買う恐れがあった。(ガス会社の誤りは店舗側に指摘したがカギ受け取り時の説明資料でも直っていなかった...) ・店舗に何度も行きましたが最初に担当者から電話が来たとき以外、指定された時間に店舗へ行っても「これから別のお客様と打ち合わせがあるので別のものに案内させます」と内覧に付いてくることは一度もなかった。また、内覧以外で店舗に行っても遅刻したわけでもないにもかかわらず、対応開始から15分程度で後のお客様が控えていると急かされる。最初の来店時以外、いつも別のお客様を優先しているようで不快。事前にアポ取りしていても、鍵の受け渡し時でさえ不在。 初めての賃貸契約で他店舗と比較出来ない為、☆2にしましたがこれが賃貸契約の業界の一般的な対応であれば酷い話だと思います。

If you believed in the information in the contract and bought a stove, you risk buying a stove that does not correspond to the property. (The error of the gas company was pointed out to the store side, but it was not fixed even in the explanatory material when receiving the key ...) ・I went to the store many times, but if I went to the store at the designated time except when the person in charge first called me, "I will have another meeting with another customer so I will let you know." I never came with the preview. In addition, even if I didn't go to the store for any reason other than previewing, I was rushed to say that it was about 15 minutes after the start of the response, and later customers were waiting. It's uncomfortable because I always give priority to another customer except when I first visited the store. Even if you take the appointment in advance, you will not be present even when you hand over the key. I couldn't compare it with other stores in my first rental contract, so I chose ☆2, but I think this is a terrible story if this is a general response from the rental contract industry.
